I purchased a kitty litter produce from BestFriends. Best Friends printed on their receipt that "By using our VIP Card you have saved $8.91". I went back into their store to check the kitty litter product that was advertised for $21.04. The advertisement appeared to be for any customer to purchase the kitty litter for this price. There was no mention of VIP customers or the fact that a VIP customer would save anything. In effect it seems as a VIP customer I didn't save anything. When I raised my concerns with the store assistant she gave me a few excuses, none of which made any sense. She did however advise me that she would make a phone call and let them know. I will be interested in the manner in which they advertise their products next time I visit. Not Happy with Best Friends.
