As we are moving into a retirement village apartment no animals allowed we had to surrender our very much loved COCO who was my wife's shadow we received a call after only 4 days to be told she was wondering the streets of Keilor so much for the protection of the animal shelter they sent he to,and on top of that they have posted on there site that she has come from an abusive owner where she was neglected and had a terrible start in life and deserves a second chance in life. NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH SHE HAS COME FROM A LOVING HOME AND AS FORMENTIONED SHE WAS MY WIFES SHADOW 24/7 We have cried everyday since we surrendered her .and how dare you have added to our grief by sending our dog with such lies about us we are deeply distressed by this and would certainly not recommend going to this Clinic.

what a mistake using this clinic not only does vet not put the animals welfare 1st and as for any organisation that he or his nurse and or recptionists recommend should be closed all need investigating by he animal protection society .This clinic should never be entered as yours and your animals life will become hell for months to come and they couldn't care less when they are told of the out come of their treatment ...NEVER go there they shuold be struck off ....!!!

aHaving moved from our Rowville vet that we used for over twenty years we were a bit hesistant about changing. WE eventualldid and have used Them on four occasions and are very happy with both the service and charges.
