We have been shopping at Best Friends Northland store since it opened, firstly due to our dog groomer accepting employment there (Hi, Fiona) and then found that the store manager Ashley Gardener was well-versed with pets of all sorts and extremely helpful with queries, no matter how small. We've since used their veterinary services for both cats and dogs - they're very thorough! Best Friends Northland takes the issue of responsible pet ownership seriously, as do we, but also enjoy pets and their family, making everybody welcome. They even arranged a pet photographer at Christmas. Lovely!
