I just returned from taking my dear 14 year old King Charles Cavalier to the Pascoe Vale Vet Hospital for his monthly injection to give him relief from arthritis. I have three dogs and I have been taking our little darlings, past and present, to the Pascoe Vale clinic for over 16 years in total. In that time I have witnessed only care, kindness, professionalism and dedication from the reception staff, vet nurses and of course the vet surgeons. It is obvious they work as a team and have a genuine love and passion for all animals. I was shocked to read the negative review as I have experienced over the years, many areas where my dogs have needed special emergency attention and care including operative procedures to detecting life threatening diseases and so much more. On every occasion I have had peace of mind and confidence in the vet surgeon's experience and knowledge. Also follow up calls from the vet nursing staff to see how our dog is recovering at home is always appreciated. If you are looking for a vet clinic team who are friendly, sincerely love animals and are committed to the health and welfare of your precious pet I would go no further than paying a visit to the team at Pascoe Vale Veterinary Hospital. Finally if you check them out on their Facebook page it gives a great insight on what they are about and what's happening at the clinic. I certainly highly recommend!!!!!

I take both my dogs to Pascoe Vale Vet Hospital and I couldn't be happier. Their level of care is excellent and advice is excellent. From regular vaccinations and check ups - to issues with their health - I can honestly say that I understand exactly what is going on with my dogs and why the vet has chosen to treat them in a particular way. I have a special needs dog that I thought long and hard about prior to adopting. Chantelle at PVVH took time out of her busy appointment schedule to telephone me a number of times and outline all of the potential long term problems my little puppy might face. When I finally adopted him she set out a schedule to monitor his health so that we were immediately aware of any changes. Less scrupulous vets may have been more interested in the long term treatment - but thanks to Chantelle, hopefully my little man will be with me for many years to come. This is a great practise with some fabulous committed staff and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Terrible vet! Multiple appointment screw-ups, incredibly patronising staff that can't even do the most basic tasks expected of even the lowest level veterinary staff, and poor time management during appointments! NEVER GOING BACK EVER AGAIN. I had a friend tell me how terrible they were, and I wish I'd listened to them. [update] a few weeks later we got a letter in the mail from them saying that according to their records that our dog was due for desexing. Despite the fact that our dog had been desexed before we got her. She'd been at the vet 3 times, and yet nobody bothered to note something as simple as a desexing? How are you guys even still in business?

Super expensive and felt like the VET was reading out a sales pitch trying to sell everything he could.
