My pup Ralph is a regular daycare goer and has boarded there several times too. He is the happy, well-socialised dog that he is because of the time he spends with the caring pet attendants and also the time he gets to play with the other dogs. Knowing that Ralph's well taken care of while I'm at work takes a great load off my mind and they always have the webcam on which lets customers view their dogs at play - canine Big Brother! There's always at least one pet attendant around to watch the dogs to ensure that Central Bark remains a safe play area for all the dogs. The photos they take of the daily fun on their Facebook page and the happy faces all round just shows how much fun the dogs have. The Pets Hotel is transparent in its operations and the professionalism of all its staff, from the front desk to the pet attendants, is really top notch. I've also noticed that they develop a genuine bond with the pets they take care of. When Ralph had a leg injury, the pet attendants paid extra attention to make sure he would not exert himself too much and I was given a summary of how he was going each day - without having to ask. It was very reassuring to know that I could count on them to take care of him during his recovery while I was at work. As for cleanliness, The Pets Hotel is definitely on top of its game, the place smells fresh and the dogs always come out smelling clean. On several occasions, they have had the presence of mind to give Ralph a bath because he's gotten too dirty having too much fun playing. It's been a great experience with The Pets Hotel and I see myself being a regular with them for a long time. Keep up the great work, your dedication is much appreciated!

Czare had a great time for the 1 week stay at The Pets Hotel. He was clean and smelt nice when I picked him up. I was able to watch Czare on the Central Bark Webcam which I thought was a great idea, he looked so happy running and playing with the toys. I liked the webcam idea so much that I have purchased a webcam so I can watch Czare whilst I am at work. The Pets Hotel is a very clean environment and you don't need to worry about your dog getting sick. I am also extremely happy that the dog bed rooms are located inside as well which is great. I tried several dog hotels and got rejected from every single one because of Czare's nature and breed. Czare doesn't get along with other dogs and doesn't like males but that didn't stop The Pets Hotel, they happily accepted Czare and he was fine with no upsets. My dog Czare really did enjoy his stay because I was able to see how happy he was on The Pets Hotel webcam. I also booked in Czare for a photo shoot and when I received it, it was well presented and they were nice clear happy photos. We are very disappointed with The Pets Hotel after having our Golden Retriever returned to us covered in urine, with his fur matted and red raw skin underneath as well as a urine infection, which the vet advised would be from lying in his own filth (as it is very rare for a male to contract a urine infection). We received a call the day we were returning to Melbourne advising us that he had an "infected hot spot" and he needed "urgent vet care" from their mobile vet. We advised them that we would pick both our dogs straight up when we returned to Melbourne that evening and would assess him then. Unfortunately, our retriever puppy did NOT just have a hot spot and has had a terrible first experience with a kennels.

Thanks so much for looking after us, we loved the presidential suite! Staff were wonderful and caring and we enjoyed playing with your toys! Mum was happy she got to watch us from her computer while she was away. From Emo and Jack.
