We left our 2 Labradors overnight recently. We dropped them off at about 2pm in the afternoon. The staff at check-in were friendly and very pleasant. When we returned at lunch time the next day to collect them, our dogs smelled awful! We took them outside where they were both desperate to go to the toilet, so it would seem they hadn't had a toilet break recently. Our main concern though was that they were both exceptionally thirsty. Their noses were dry and we had to give them a large drink of water before we could take them in the car. They were both very thirsty for the rest of the day, needing frequent drinks and were both very tired and subdued (more so than after previous trips to kennels). I suspect our younger dog had tipped over the water bowl at some stage which had not been refilled, so am very glad their stay was not longer. Sorry, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them there again.

I have been using this bording kennels for years now, I find the staff very heip full ,and the the prices are very affordable. My dogs always come back clean and happy. i would reconmend them to everyone. molly.

i had my siamese boarded here for 4 days and i found the staff friendly, helpful, the premises clean and tidy and my cat well looked after, i have no problem recommending them.

Very rude and would not recommend!!
