The level of care, professionalism, skill and expertise was evident from our first visit. She maintained her compassion not only towards "Pumpkin" but also to us, always being available when needed. We've also met Dr Colin Walker since, who unquestionably is an expert in his field and mirrored Dr Pinksters love and compassion for birds and his profession.
