The Dr. was kind and caring about my cat. I felt that he really does care and love animals. A very knowledgeable Dr. He told me that my cat was going to be ok, and he did not have internal bleeding (the rude money hungry Vet in Footscray told me, that my cat had internal bleeding) just by looking at this mouth! This is by far the best vet in the Western suburbs I have been to.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My dog had come in after seizuring, the customer service was awful. Uncaring, disinterested, unconcerned & uninformative. This goes to the nurses and to the vet who took care of my dog. I expected so much more from atleast the Vet, he treated me and my mum like we were idiots. I also raised concerns for one of her hind legs as she could not put any pressure on it. Upon roughly checking her legs and observing her walk, he said her legs were fine and that they were not broken and it was nothing to be concerned about. My sister then takes her in again some years later and she is quoted 2k per leg if they were to operate on it, not even telling her what was wrong with them. Now, this year, theyve finally concluded she has ARTHRITUS and they prescribed meds. How dare they have even given such a price when they didnt even know what it was?? First of all, she obviously was not walking properly so an x-ray SHOULD have been the first step to investigating what was wrong before quoting such a ridiculous price to scare clients off. THEY ARE LAZY. THEY DONT CARE. DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS VET. I am a vet nurse now, and recognise how terrible this Vet clinic was and still is. I am beyond disgusted & furious that they take advantage of their clients such as my mother for example, who is vietnamese and cannot speak perfect english. My experience there was that they became impatient and uninterested. They were definitely not thorough.This practice is a disgrace and utterly unprofessional.
