Unbelievably great customer service, knowledge and compassion. Without a doubt my pet wouldn't be alive now without their help today. Even if i had of had to make the decision to end my pet's suffering today i'd still recommend them for their professionalism and level of care i saw ALL staff (reception and vet) give to me and my wee animal.Still speechless by how amazing all staff were.

Great service, you're not just a number like some other places. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had never been to this vet before but will continue to take my cat here whenever needed. Very happy customer!

These are honestly the best vet clinic I have ever found! The staff are fantastic and understand that your pets are your family and give you A1 service advice and help. Easy to talk to and they always listen. Prices are very resonable for the fantastic service you get. If you need an excellent vet, look no further!

Completely impeccable service. I have never experienced such polite and knowledgable service at a vets before (from both the reception and the vets). I don't have a car and was unable to take my kitten to the vet for her vaccinations, and the Village Vet sent one of their vets to my house and it was done in my living room. You really can't compare the service here to any other nearby vet.
