When my appointment was made, no one informed me that for the desexing of my dog i would need to leave her over night. My partner and I had specifically arranged for time off work so that we could pick her up as he has a car with a backseat and I don't. I'm on my p-plates so i can't drive his car (it has a v8). When we told the staff they not only seemed completely unsympathetic but they ignored the statement. They also refused to answer questions about why she had to be in over night. Horrible service, leaving us with very few options to pick up our dog the next day. She will more than likely need to be kept until my partner and I finish work which could be very late in the evening, might even be past closing time, what the hell will we do then? I will NEVER return here.
