My husbands family have been using Sparrows for many years, so the decision to take our Bella there was an easy one. We actually call it "The Resort" and she loves it there! She gets very excited when we turn into their street, knowing she's in for a holiday! When we pull up and I let her out of the car, she heads straight down to the reception, wagging and happy. Picking her up is always a pleasure, our baby is in good condition, smelling good after her bath, and wagging happily! The staff are friendly and professional and have an obvious affection for our Bella Boo, and I wouldnt take her (or her soon to be brother) anywhere else :)

This was my first visit to Sparrows (actually the first time our dog has ever been in a kennel). I'm happy to say the experience was very positive. The location has a lovely country feel about it, the kennels are clean, and the customer service attentive. There were also a few little extras: a personal text message confirming some veterinary documentation had arrived, and giving Jack a wash on the day of his pick-up. We'll be back.

Hi Just wanted to let you know how happy we are to have Angus home with us again after seven weeks away. He has come back to us, the same happy loving dog, with all the same crazy quirks, and habits as when he left us. Thank you to all the team for looking after him so well, the care and attention he has when he stays with you ensures that he comes back happy to us, no bad habits or strange behaviour! In fact it would be fair to say he is always a little slimmer! (which is a good thing) I think we are now entering the 7th year that Angus has stayed with you for weeks at a time or the odd weekend each year,we wouldn't think of sending him anywhere else.
