In March 2014 I took my dog in as she was feeling quite poorly. My dog basically had a sore bottom which had become infected. The Vet then simply cut away a small amount of hair around the butt (charged me $48 for this *) dabbed some antiseptic on it and handed me a prescription and subsequently charged me $330.09 *The dog groomer charges $55 for a full wash cut and blow dry & nail clipping. I felt I was overcharged. When I asked for an explanation and break down of costs (which took several emails and over a Week to get a response), I got some long winded excuse that instruments needed autoclaving (not once, twice but three times) blah blah blah. I will never go back. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect Free Service but this was Way over the top for the services provided. I point out that this was not Edgar & Colleen (who were fantastic) but the new vets that have taken over the practice.

This Place is a rip off. They did an unnecessary surgery to my dog and charged me $1000 much more than the quoted price. Only to find out later from a very experienced vet they did an unnecessary surgery. Never gain! These people are just out to make money.

Fantastic service. Rhodie doesn't completely freak out- which is amazing! The staff and the vet, Pete, are incredible, and makes us both feel comfortable and at home! They always go over an beyond to make sure they are providing the latest, best and most compassionate care!

Terribly overcharged. Asked to leave the clinic and come back in an hour. Dog was loaded to the eye balls with pain relief and no final diagnosis given. told it would be circa $400 and came back with a bill for $600. NEVER again
