Ocean Keys Vet hospital was responsible for sterilising our rescue dog, who was microchipped, vaccinated and 'sterilised' by this hospital on behalf of SAFE. We got our dog when he was 4 months old. His paperwork from Ocean Keys said that he had been sterilised. When our dog was about 6 months old we noticed that a testicle had descended. Our vet confirmed this - the Ocean Keys vet had only removed one testicle and yet had signed him off as being sterilised. SAFE have been very good in organising for our dog to be completely sterilised, but unfortunately he had to go back to Ocean Keys. When he went in for his op there was very little information provided about who was doing the surgery and no explanation for not having removed both testicles originally. When we went to pick him up, again there was very little information given on post-operative care and no paperwork provided to reflect the surgery that had been performed, again. SAFE is a wonderful organisation, but we are not at all pleased with the level of customer service from Ocean Keys.

I have used Ocean Keys Vet quite a few times, for my dogs and rat. Highly experienced clinic, that puts the owners and pets first. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr A. is awesome =)
