The assessment by the vet was rushed and poor - he diagnosed the cat had an abcess. As it turned out there was no abcess. While in surgery the vet removed two of the cat's teeth - without my permission. He also cleaned the cat's teeth, again without my permission. The cat was returned to me before the anaesthetic had worn off. The vet charged for hospitalisation, even though the cat was not kept overnight, which would have allowed the anaesthetic to wear off. The cat was very groggy and kept falling over, it was quite dangerous and alarming to see this. The vet charged an exorbitant amount for treatment that did not seem necessary. The cat was not cared for in a professional manner. This was an upsetting episode, costly, and by far, the worst experience I have had with a vet.

Lovely vet and nurses, who are extremely knowledgable and welcoming, and give great tips on looking after your pet's health into the future. They make you feel a part of the family. The puppy pre-school, run by Natalie, is excellent, lots of fun for puppies and their people, and you come away with loads of info and goodies, as well as training and socialisation for your puppy.

Good friendly service, fees a little higher than average.

Not impressed by the rushed assessment of my pet and limited explanation given by one of the vets there. Seemed very keen to give my dog "preventative" injections without clearly explaining why
