Had all of my 4 furbabies stay at West Coast over the weekend while I was busy with wedding fun. It is always hard finding friends and family who are prepared to take on two crazy GSP, put time aside to exercise them and keep on top of their manners. I can breath easily and not stress about them while they are there, the staff are good at handling the crazies. Plus they come home tired which allows me another day of semi peace! I do feel you get your money worth, even paying for the extras. The cats on the other hand are fairly happy to just sleep all day, so I know they enjoyed themselves not being bothered by the crazies in the evening. They all will be back soon, especially the crazies to wear out the staff.

I have absolute confidence that when I leave my dogs and cats at West Coast Pet Care Centre they will be very well looked after. I myself work in the pet care industry and I can honestly say the standards of care at West Coast Pet Care Centre are very high, much better than at other boarding facilities that I have seen. The staff are very friendly and caring, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. My pets are always very happy and healthy when I collect them.

We collected our two dogs from West Coast Pet Care after a 9 week stay in the kennels, and were very disappointed in their condition and general demeanour. Both had not been bathed as is the usual practice and both had large dried faeces clinging to their behinds, which would have been there for some considerable time. We have extensively used these kennels in the past and have always been very happy with them, but we had noticed over the last 3 visits that there were no familiar faces anymore, and our pets did not seem as happy as they had been in the past. I would no longer recommend this business to my friends and fellow dog lovers as I have in the past. When I rang the kennels and spoke to a manager, I received no apology, only that she would look into it, and to date have not received any feedback. HJ

Just called to try and get accommodation over Christmas for my 2 cats and 2 dogs and the lady said "We have a minimum 10 day stay policy over Christmas" How ridiculous. Who can afford that?? I wanted to book them in from the 23rd - 28th December. Thanks for nothing.

piked up my dog and cat, they had the best time at wcpc the staff are helpful and love animals.
