I have used Dr George Huber for over 24 years, if this guy can not fix your pets no one can he thinks outside the box and well I just love him to bits, this is a vet who truly cares for the animals, as well as Dr David Hughes and my other all time favorite Dr Ross Staaden. Great staff and always welcome and helpful with advise can not recommend this surgery high enough the fact we have been here for so long specks volumes

I cannot fault the amazing service at Swan Vet. They are straightforward with the diagnosing, give you the best options for treatment and care for your pet with love and kindness at all times. They are also very affordable.

We had to get our 13 yr old Lab Buffy put down in June 2014 and we couldn't have asked for a more understanding vet. He came out to the back of our car, where we were waiting with our very sick dog. He explained to us the process before the injection, and asked if we were ready. Then he waited patiently while our family of 4 all said our goodbyes. After the injection was given they gently took the body away on a stretcher. We were very thankful that they came out to our car for more privacy when she died. There was an awful lot of tears that day.

This clinic certainly has some very good, very caring and very experienced vets! It is such a shame that the way the clinic is run does not match the quality of the veterinary care. With no appointments made and consults conducted on a "walk in" basis, wait times can be quite excessive (nearly 2 hours on a Sunday in my case). Unlike in any other clinic I have ever been to, It is also not possible to phone and request repeat medication to be dispensed and made ready for collection; I was told this is because "people" don't come and pick it up. While I'm sure this is so, this should not affect the way I am being served as a customer. If you are not put off by this more "ad hoc" approach to customer service, it is a good clinic to go for quality veterinary care. But it just does not suit my circumstances.

I have nothing but praise for this clinic and staff. My family choose this as our vet even though we live in Scarborough, we have full confidence in George and his team and they have never let us down.What matters is the health and well being of our pets and how they are cared for and we know we can trust these small family members to George.Imagine how many other vets we drive past to get there. So thank you George and staff, we rest easy knowing you are there for us and our pets.
