I read with surprise the complaints about rude service. Maybe I have just been lucky but I have always found the front desk staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. The vets are great too, and their prices are considerably lower than other vets I have been to. So, overall, highly recommended, very impressed with the service, expertise, advice and professionalism, and will certainly go back again.

the vet there is very nice, the woman at the front who served is rude and arrogant, has no respect and put me off wanting to leave my pets there. Telling us that by letting our cats out side "so basically your letting him rape other cats, thats great".The whole on taking them in was to get steralised. Will never bring my pets here ever again. the other counter woman is very nice, by the tone in her voice you will know which one is the nice one when you call...

Tony is one of the best vets I have found and is caring and compassionate.. and believe me they are very well priced compared to others , especially Balcatta vet although good to have if an emergency .. I would highly recommend Mirrabooka Vet and Tony to anyone..

Unfortunately I too found the customer service to be pretty bad. I've been there a few times but I doubt I will be going back again. She (the front desk staff member) is rude, patronising and unhelpful. Although I will say that the vet we did see was very nice and helpful, explained anything to us in great detail.
