Google reviews really help a lot when it came to deciding what Vet I should go to in an emergency situation. 2 good reviews out of 3 compared to other places that had all bad reviews. I took a chance and I was very happy in the end. The vet was very friendly and helpful and caring. It wasn't about the money they really did care. I wasn't over charged or pushed to buy expensive foods, plus the vet gave us cheaper options and suggestions to help our cat. I really recommend this veterinary clinic.

This place is a sham. Firstly the costumer service is disgusting and so is the treatment of animals and facilities. My dog was taken in for grooming at their center in Beechboro and I was told I could pick him up at the end of the day. When I arrived at the end of the day to pick him up the centre was closed. I called them and wasrudely told my dog had been moved to their Noranda center. When I arrived their I could hear my dog crying and when he was brought out to me, it had been revealed that he was kept locked in the bathroom for the time he had spent their. What was worse was that there was no apology for the act of moving him and the owners of the center seemed to deem it acceptable to keep a dog locked in the bathroom for what would of been over an hour. To make matters worse still, the price of the center is not anything out of the ordinary and the quality of cut is not worth the price paid. My dog came out of this center with his mole shaved off from his haircut and blood left to dry on his back. DO NOT SEND YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

Well, this vet will work with you. budget, time, options and the most important of all. They cared about the well being of our puppy. I saw lots of happy customers there with all different types of animals. I recommend this vet for your pets.

Both I and my family take our pets here. The vet is thorough and caring, and we have had no problems at all. I have found them cheaper than other vets in the area and would recommend them.
