We've used Natural Paws several times and absolutely love them! We travel all the way from Joondalup to have our dogs board there as we just kind find anywhere as good North of the River. There's plenty of open spaces for them to play and you can request heating in the kennels in the winter months. They always keep us informed via email while we're away of any issues. I highly recommend Natural Paws and am yet to find anywhere better!

A very bad experience. Having never put a cat into a cattery before, I was unsure what to expect. However, I had only 1 month to book my cat in and most places were booked up over the Christmas break, so I had to go with Natural Paws. I know my cat is fussy and prefers fish flavoured food, so I made sure to send him along with 12 cans of his favourite food and a box of biscuits for his 8 day stay. I made sure that she knew that he was fussy and that I had no problem with her using up the food I'd provided. Eight days later when I picked him up, she told me that he had refused to eat for the first few days and didn't want anything to do with her holistic pet food. She said that she then started feeding him his tinned food on top of her holistic pet biscuits which he then ate. She handed the leftover food back and off I went. It wasn't until I got home that I had a good look at my cat and at the bag of leftover food. She had only used 3 out of 12 tins for 8 days. And none of the biscuits. My cat was incredibly skinny and had developed those "empty" pockets just infront of his back legs from where he had lost all the weight. In addition, the cat cages were in a room inside a shed with no natural sunlight. There was also no opportunity for the cats to socialise or play, so an extended stay at Natural Paws would be quite unpleasant for the cat. I would not recommend.
