The vet we usually see at Airdrie Animal Health is Dr. Mount. He is knowledgeable and patient with both of our pets (2 cats) and our kids who often come to appointments and have questions. We receive reminders to update vaccines and deworming and appreciate advice when traveling with our pets. We also appreciate being given options and being informed about which vaccines are a must and which are a choice or dependent on our pets' interaction with other animals. Caring for a pet can be expensive and helping us make informed decisions about their care is helpful. The front staff know us and our pets, it is easy to order and pick up our pet food and reminder phone calls from the office about orders or appointments help us stay organized while keeping our cats fit and healthy. Thank you Airdrie Animal Health, we have been visiting the clinic for 7 years and will continue!

We have been bringing our pets to Airdrie Animal Health Centre for almost 14 years and highly recommend any of the vets in the clinic. They have also provided excellent care for many rescue dogs for Alberta Sheltie Rescue. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring your pets have the best experience possible.

Airdrie Animal Health Centre not only provides outstanding veterinary care, but they do so in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Dr. Crisanti in particular is the vet we take our dogs to. Dr. Crisanti always makes me feel as though each one of our pets is important and special. She doesn't hesitate to sit down on the floor to comfort a nervous puppy or take extra time to let my older dog get comfortable before working on her. Dr. Crisanti's advice is always clear and reasonable. Most of all, she does what all good vets should do (though many don't) - she listens to what you tell him and seems willing to answer all questions, no matter how minor. The vet techs are also very good. There are a lot of vet offices where the vet techs - frankly - don't seem to know one end of the dog from the other. You get the feeling at AAH that Dr. Crisanti has very high standards because the techs always seem to be focused, careful (and knowledgeable). The office staff are friendly, compassionate, patient and provide great customer service. They are terrific about my dogs' names and they really seem happy to see my pets when we come in. The staff was wonderful and Dr. McKenny was helpful and very knowledgeable. My cats Milo and Allie did very well with her!

I have been using Airdrie Animal Health Centre for over 10 years now. Their staff are dedicated professionals who know their business well.
