They charge less than many vet clinics and have great and caring service. Would recommend!

The vets at Bowmont Animal Hospital are the most caring vets we've ever visited. They really are concerned about your animal -- but unlike many vets, they don't go overboard with testing and are very practical/cost aware. If tests aren't necessary, they don't order them. I used to use a vet practice that was part of a large consortium in Calgary. (In fact, most vet clinics in Calgary are part of this group....that means they can keep the rates the same, i.e. very high, and consumers have little choice). The rates were through the roof -- it was unaffordable. Bowmont Animal Hospital is a small, independent clinic, and their rates are considerably lower than consortium clinics. I've saved hundreds of dollars -- and my pets are getting much better care. They see animals -- not dollar signs -- at Bowmont Animal Hospital. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to Montgomery from SW Calgary, and started taking my boxer to Bowmont Animal Hospital. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the examination was, and not only that the Vet gave me plenty of advice on human products I could use to treat my dog to save the extra cost of prescriptions. I love taking my dog here, and will continue to do so even if I move out of the area!

We have just recently started going to Bowmount Animal Hospital. They are very friendly and we felt that they do care more about the animals and their owners than just trying to make money. I have gone in a couple of times for a short visit and they didn't even charge us. They feel like a vet from a small town and I appreciate that. I guess they still consider Bowness to be a small town.

Great price, great care! I have a particularly challenging rescue dog and was extremely pleased with the level of interest and care the entire staff showed him during our first visit.
