I brought my chihuahua in for an exam because she was not hereself. Dr Mangat saw us. He was very thourough and explained everything in detail. after the exam i felt satisfied with the visit and about a week later my chihuahua was back to her old self. I decided to also have dental work as well as a hernia repair done as he said the hernia might be bothering her. He and his staff were fantastic. They answered all my questions and went beyond what i would have expected. i read reviews before going but i would have to say i disagree. I did not find it to be negative at all and my little puppy is better than ever. He was right with everything. i would reccomend this clinic if you want a thourough exam and you want your questions answered. My dog is my kid and i want the best for her. I will be using him for all my future vet needs and will reccomend him.

I called there and spoke to a pleasant receptionist who advised me that the cost of the rabies shot my dog needed was $25, she said the exam is $70, I said I am only getting the rabies so that I can take the dog to the groomer, so no exam. When I brought her in last night again the nice girl at the front starts talking about kennel cough etc, I said no just rabies so I can get her to the groomers. Go into the room and the doctor comes in again same conversation, I say JUST rabies. Well he proceeds to exam her tell me she needs scaling (must always be upselling) and then charges me $70 for the exam. I told him if he charges me I will never go back there again (I have two dogs). He didn't care. I don't believe he actually likes animals and this is all about $$. I regret paying the $70 fee but I was so upset I couldn't speak. I should have walked out and let him persue me for the payment.

This veterinary clinic is absolutely awful. I have never written an online review ( positive / negative ), but when it comes down to my dog, I really take the experience personally. They are not interested in making sure your loved pet will be looked after, they are only concerned with profit. We thought our dog may have had worms, so my wife brought her in to Creek Side to get checked out. Over $600 later, turned out she didn't have worms, but she got prescribed a 6 month worm program, in which was described afterwards as ' more preventative ' than anything. One of the doctors / vets Dr. Mangat is & was not concerned with my dogs well being, he was just concerned with increasing their profit. He then said he could tell after the $600 visit, that whatever we were feeding our dog was clearly no good ( Acana Wild Praire - which is actually considered a very good food, in which I can pronounce & understand all the ingredients ), and that my dog required their special $120 a bag dog food...with the first 4 ingredients being rice, rice gluten, maheden meal, and chicken fat....great thanks Dr. Mangat.... I called to get to the bottom of Dr. Mangat's explanation, and he said that he can feel good recommending everything he did, and that the $600 charge was completely reasonable, being everything done / recommended was more precautionary / preventative. He took advantage of my worried wife, who just agreed to all his recommendations. If you love your pet, and want whats best for them, bring them somewhere where they actually love / care about animals, and where they'll be honest with you. This place only cares about your money, and could care less about your pets well being.

Got my puppy about 3 yrs ago and has always went here with exception of one time during a holiday and had to go to 24 hour hospital. Has always explained everything in detail and I always received a follow up call, even on small issues. Receptionists has always been friendly and accommodating.

Amazing! Very enjoyable experience with friendly and caring staff. I brought in my dog for an appointment and was thrilled with the hospitality. The doctor was very helpful and easily diagnosed my pet. 10/10 would recommend!
