Overcharged $120. Refunded to Visa Debit card over phone but never received money into any of my bank accounts. Provided proof 1 month later and they said it "went through" on their side and would do nothing for me.

Westhills Veterinary Clinic cared for our dog for her entire life. We couldn't be happier with the level of knowledge, compassion and care that they invariably provided. All the staff are excellent and you get a real sense that they are there because they love animals. Dr. O'Connor was our primary vet and we can't speak highly enough of her. Having said that, we never had a bad experience with any of the staff over 11 years. We'll be getting another dog soon and I won't even consider going to another clinic.
