Excellent clinic. Dr. Beck is a very knowledgable vet who has a wonderful way of handling animals. I've been taking my cats there for almost a decade and there have been many times the clinic has shown great compassion towards my animals.

I was very happy with the service and treatment I received at Beck Vet Clinic. When my dog was taken in to be fixed, they were helpful, respectful and caring. My dog didn't enjoy the experience much (who can blame him) but he recovered very quickly and without any complications. He was also having trouble adjusting to his new home and he wasn't eating. Dr. Beck gave us some advice and steered us onto the right path. He even supplied us with some healthy dog food to get back on track. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Beck for over a decade now and have always been impressed with his services. Even once we moved to Calgary we tried a few vets there and decided that we would make the drive to come back to Dr. Beck. He is a bit more expensive then a Vet that is out of Edmonton (For obvious reasons) but has never judged us or our animals in anyway. He always provides all of the possible solutions and allows us to make the decision. I have had vets in the past criticize the food we feed our pets because it wasn't their brand food. When we talked with Dr. Beck about food options informed us of problems with certain foods (and its wasent a problem for the dogs but it was a problem with people) and that was that. No other intervention or comments at all. We will continue to see Dr. Beck as long as he is practicing.

Very, very expensive, and very insensitive towards my parents when they brought our beloved family dog who had extreme changes in behaviour (she was 12 at the time). Rather than listening to their concerns, the vet suggested that she would be saddened to see a "perfectly healthy" dog put down because she was an inconvenience (euthanizing her was not the purpose of their visit). Did she think my parents were making her symptoms up? And FYI she was not healthy, she had dementia and Cushing's which was diagnosed by another vet (at Spruce Grove clinic) who actually listened and was able to prescribe medication to help her.. she went on to live another two years with our family.

The Worst clinic EVER!!!! My puppy got sick and out of panic, I went there as it was the closest one from my house. The doctor tried to scare me with all these scary words and names of diseases that my puppy may have and kept asking me to do all these tests and told me the costs of them. Not a single question on what puppy may have eaten, when did the symptom start, etc. When I started asking questions and raising some issues, he got annoyed and treated me like I'm just a cheap bastard. Puppies are family members.. not dollar signs. Will NEVER go here and will prevent ANYONE I know from visiting here!!
