We had to take our energetic Boxer "Hudson" to the vet for his annual vaccines. We were looking for a vet who would treat our four legged family member as a life rather than a commodity. Dr. Lee spent his first 20 minutes with Hudson, petting, playing and familiarizing himself with him. What surprised me the most was, that Dr. Lee didn't have to ask me to restrain or distract Hudson while he administered the injections. He was very gentle and seemed to genuinely care about how our dog was feeling. He acted like he had nothing better to do that to get to know him. Additionally, he provided great advice on certain aids that would help us train Hudson without adding in the cliche "if you purchase this product from our office..." We will go to this office for the rest of our time here in Edmonton.

I have been seeing Dr.Lee for over 20 years now. I could not emagine having any other vet caring for my animals. He is calm and gentle with all animals. He gives you the honest truth and options on the care your animal needs. Dr. Lee has seen me through some very difficult decisions. He has always been very caring and sympathetic. Also my animals love him.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee here for about 6 years now... LOVE him to pieces! He takes his time with the animals and will even sit down and explain medical conditions to you. Lately my guys have been having health issues and I have had to call once or twice to ask questions about a medication. Dr. Lee himself always called back within the hour... even when the assistants said he wasn't in! Which impressed me to the extreme! His prices are also the best in the city from what I could find and I hear he does payment plans as well. I wouldn't suggest any other vet in the city.

I have had to take my cat to Dr.Lee on a couple occasions and he has always been wonderful. I don't know how he does it but the way he handles my cat, he somehow puts him at ease when exiting, examining and entering his carry kennel. I can't even get my cat to go into his kennel calmly. Dr.Lee has always taken his time and been very patient with me and my cat. He goes out of his way to answer all my questions and explain things very well. I am so lucky to have found this vet.

It is with heavy heart we aknowledge the the loss of a stray who came to us 4 months ago. Without the up front monies to pay for emergency care we were shunned by by numerous edmonton vets. Im sure many would share our vile and disgust at this act of heartlessness, We found a bright beacon of caring at castledowns animal clinic. God bless you Carol, and the humane staff at same. Your card and note were most well recieved. We miss our little stray but take heart in knowing that there are people who give a damn about life in all its forms.
