When I brought in my 13yr old cat for blood to be drawn for testing they put him under rather than waiting a minute for him to get use to the vet room. Took over and hour for him to come out from under the effects; and the vet assistant is a raging b*tch who jumped down my throat because I wanted to get a second opinion on their lousy nutrition advice. I will not be bringing any of my animals back here.

Dr. Parmar and the staff of the clinic are simply wonderful! When Sandi had to go in for surgery unexpectedly they were so kind and helpful. AND, Sandi likes them too! We just went back for our follow up this morning and she had no problem going and visiting the folks at the clinic. We are very thankful that we found the good doctor, his staff, and Edmonton North Animal Hospital.

The first people to ever post any sort of reviews are always those who have had bad experiences. Good experiences, however, often go unmentioned. This was my first time at Edmonton North and having had bad experiences in the past, I am blown away with how great they have been. Dr. Parmar and his staff definitely were awesome at answering any questions, they were all so friendly, I didn't get charged an astronomical amount to fix up the cat I had just recently taken into my home and even kept my big guy over the weekend to make a lot less work for me. I definitely won't hesitate to bring my other pets here for future needs.

I took my puppy in here today to get her third shots. Right off the hop, the vet was being rude and condecending, telling us to go home and enjoy our coffee while we give our pup parvo. Granted, we were under the impression that 13 weeks was alright for the pup's third set of shots, as was told to us by the breeder. He jumped down our throats ranted and raving about how stupid we are and how we're killing our dog.

Never bring your animal to this place. I used to work there. the owner is mean and talks down to his employees. I've been called stupid more then once. The place isn't very hygenic and the way he does alot of things is extremely brutal. Please don't bring your animals there..
