The price had changed 5 times on us. I had agreed to doing the spay in the end at $295 with the spay, cone and take home medicine. After my husband picked our puppy up I had to call back about the medicine. The staff member sitting next to the lady I was talking with before answered. She pretty much called me a liar and that the quote was only for the spay and cone. Very disappointed and should have recieved the quote and conditions in writing.

I usually don't write these, but this place is wonderful and I have to share our experience. My husband and I took our dogs here for their spay and neuter surgery and from the time we walked in until the time we picked them up, we were extremely impressed and happy! Everything was clean and the staff and doctors were really friendly and truly cared. Our dogs had energy as soon as they got home and we had no problems at all with their incisions. They even called to follow up afterwards to see how our dogs were doing. In addition, we have taken our dogs here for vaccinations, and upon receiving their vaccinations, Doctor Channa did a full exam and let us know that one of our dogs had an ear infection. They treated her ears at a low cost, and even did follow-ups...and the price was nothing! Other vets would charge an arm and a leg but Doctor Toor and Doctor Channa genuinely care and aren't just out there to take your money. I tend to get a bit nervous when something seems off with my dog and I never hesitate to call them over at the Edmonton Spay and Neuter Clinic. Doctor Channa will even take the time to get on the phone with me, and he never rushes me in. He gives me advice and will be honest about whether or not it is something I should be concerned about. Thank you Doctor Toor and Doctor Channa! You and your staff are a breath of fresh air and Tina and Winston are always wagging their tails when we come in through your doors. We look forward to visiting you at your new (additional) location Sunrise Animal Hospital!

Never even made it in the door. The staff were so rude on the phone, basically calling me an idiot for asking questions. I would never take my pet here.
