Brought my dog in for difficulty breathing. They wouldn't even see her till we paid for a pawprint for a cat who has passed. Then, after a supposed full examination and given her medical history the Vet completely misdiagnosed her. Resulting in a rush to the Emergency Clinic only 30 hours later, where she died. If you luv your fur babies DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Purcell and his staff. Anytime I have taken my dog in they have shown us nothing but care and compassion! After he was neutered they made a follow-up call later in the evening to see how he was doing and ask if I had anymore questions. Dr. Purcell has guided us through the long process of finding a food that works for our guy. Testing out different foods and alternative supplements to see what will work for him. Anytime we have called with questions or concerns we have received prompt feedback. I have recommended Hermitage Veterinary Hospital to many people and will continue to do so!

Been using Dr. Miller for quite a few years, she is amazing and wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Stay away from Dr. Leti Chow. I brought my Maine Coon in for a respiratory infection 03/2012. This NOT our regular vet as I live in Calgary but I was visiting my mom and brought him along. All she wanted to focus on was his weight!!!!! She kept calling him obese. I had to keep pointing out he was a MAINE COON and that my regular vet has NEVER been concerned by his weight. He weighs 22 lbs and is far from fat! Anyway after she finally got past his size she told me Gus had herpes! I followed up with my regular vet the next week and was told Gus was NOT OBESE and DID NOT HAVE HERPES. All medication Dr Chow gave us was discarded and new meds prescribed.

This is the best vet that I have ever seen. There is so much care for animals at the facility. Dr. Ted knows his stuff, and is so gentle. My cat usually bites when people touch his paws, but with Dr.Ted he is relaxed. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
