Very nice doctor. Clean place. Little wait times. Reasonable price points compared to other clinics. My dog got an infection once and Dr.Kumar was kind enough to give us a discount on the bill because we paid our fees regularly. Recommended!

I don't normally write reviews but felt it was an absolute must for Marketplace Animal Hospital - the staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely kind and friendly, and make you feel at ease during your visit. I recently took my kitten to another clinic closer to my house (she had an eye infection and I wanted to get it treated fast) and had a terrible experience. I decided to contact Marketplace Animal Hospital through email, I have been speaking with Meghan regarding the negative experience I had at the other clinic. She has been answering my emails immediately, addressing each concern I have currently with my kitten and providing extremely helpful suggestions. She is beyond helpful. Just want to say thank you to both Dr. Kumar and Meghan for your help - I'm so appreciative! The far drive is worth it.

We have used this vet twice- On Saturdays when we couldn't get into our vet when our dog was ill. I am changing vets - Dr Kumar has accommodated our sick dog twice, both kindly to her and us. He is quick, professional and friendly. His receptionist (not sure if same both times) has been kind and quickly fit us in as walk ins today for our dog's eye infection. Exceptional. AND this vet is less expensive. BTW our vet didn't even call us back today even tho its a long weekend and our dog's eye infection would not be seen until Tuesday unless we saw Dr Kumar.

We brought our dog to this vet clinic back in March as he was drinking more water than usual and urinating frequently. After spending approximately $250 on the appointment, a urine test, and a blood test, the results came back. We were told his urine test was good, but his blood test told that his lipase levels were slightly high but still in the normal range. The vet here told us to stop feeding our dog raw and to switch to the garbage kibble they sell, called Science Diet - I'm sure this vet simply wanted to make another buck off of us and make our pet sicker. After speaking to some professionals and doing our research, we discovered that no, his high lipase levels were much too high. We switched his diet again and decided to go to another vet three months later to check the lipase levels again. Now, our current vet has told up the high lipase could be a multitude of digestion issues, and that NO his past urine test that we had faxed from Marketplace Animal Hospital showed that his urine had poor concentration (not filtering toxins). Thanks to this clueless veterinarian at Marketplace, our dog is doing much worse and could have a kidney infection due to the amount of time that has passed. WASTE OF MONEY GOING HERE because you'll only have to see another vet for proper advice!!! Terrible that a veterinarian doesn't even know the basics of urine and blood tests!!!!

Dr.Kumar and all of the staff at Marketplace are wonderful. I recently started bringing my high energy 5 month old golden retriever in to the clinic for his care, and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. They handled him well, explained everything thoroughly and talked to me about the risks and benefits of each vaccination as well as the dewormer and neutering process. I will be booking my dogs surgery next month, and am sure that he will be well cared for at the clinic.
