The fees and prices at Sifton Park are extremely reasonable! The service of the staff is stellar! The knowledge of the vets and their professionalism (which includes not recommending unnecessary treatments and willingness to respect philosophies and work with you to try things) is terrific!

I just adopted two cats from the humane society and took them in for their free first checkup. The staff were friendly, helpful and on time (important for the furry people confined to carrying cases!). I immediately noticed Dr. Eva has a great touch with animals, one of my cats wouldn't stop purring despite Dr. Eva trying to hear her heartbeat and when the other one, like a mini furry hulk, tried to escape its temporary cardboard carrying case with dogs in the waiting room they were helpful! Thank-you! My first impression makes me feel confident and comfortable in taking my animals to this clinic to be cared for.

The staff are always friendly and highly accommodating. I trust them too provide excellent care for my puppy which they have always done without exception.

The frontend staff is the rudest I have ever experienced. I have spoken with several people who have had dealings with this individual at the clinic. She is rude and continues to be a bad image for the clinic. The fees and prices are extremely high. Worst experience of my life. Will definitely never go back.... My family and friends support this review and will not go back. Management should consider this rude behaviour by the staff as it is causing business to decline The veterinary clinic still shows Dr. Crown as owner and operator?

Very satisfied with their service. My shih-tzu had a an ear infection and by the time we noticed and called on a friday afternoon, their clinic was closed. Right at 8:00am monday morning we received a return call from this clinic and were asked if we still required their services. We booked an appointment for that very morning. Upon arrival there my dog (Max) received prompt triage and care by a very competent staff as well as a thorough past medical history survey. My dog who is very difficult to deal with at clinics was effectively calmed down with treats and technique as opposed to sedatives. All queries from me were met with solid answers. The staff was quick to examine, identify and treat the infection. They provided me with detailed clear instruction on medication application. They also ensured Max received a reward of a generous amount of treats and attention from the staff after his ordeal had ended. I paid $200 or services and medications. I am generally a thrifty person, however i had no issues paying for this service.
