I was here probably about 2-3 years ago now. My dog had a large open sore on his neck. They billed me around $400 for various 'tests', but didn't so much as address the open sore on my dog's neck! They didn't even bother cleaning around it. I didn't have any money at the time, so this was the only place that would agree to looking at my dog. Kudos for them for doing that. I did have to give them a laptop as collateral. When I had the money to pay the vet bill, I tried to contact them several times, but they never bothered to call me back. So, I ended up not paying them. So, I guess it's fair that I didn't pay for a service that I never received. Be wary of this place, as they will most certainly try to hose you with all of these unnecessary tests, in order to ring up a hefty bill!

I've never met anyone so condescending and rude. Any questions that my wife asked in regards to our dogs shots were meet rolled eyes and belittling comments. After a few minutes of observing this I asked this person if we had done something to offend her she said no but the abuse got worse when my wife told her she didn't appreciate being spoken to this way. This "Animal loving Professional" called my wife difficult and rude person she had ever seen and then promptly threw us out as if we were drnuks fighting in a bar. I understand some people simply grate on one another but in an business environment I think its fair to expect to be treated with dignity and respect. It would also be nice if she would have given us the record of what she injected into or dog. Maybe I expect to much from people...
