Best vet clinic in the city!! Staff are the most friendly and caring people you will find, and they will ensure that your pets are treated like their own family and receive the best care possible. All vets are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone takes the time to ensure all your and your pets' needs are met. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been taking animals to Terwillegar for 15 years. Every experience has been a positive one. The vets, technicians, and front staff are compassionate and caring. They are very knowledgeable and treat the animals as if they are their own. Staff are quick to return phone calls or call to update status on situations. I won't take my animals anywhere else. I drove my dog in from Sherwood Park and I've driven my cats in from far north Edmonton. I recommend Terwillegar Vet Clinic to all my friends.

I recently had to make the hard decision to humanely end my cat's life. I made the decision to go to Terwillegar's because they have a room dedicated for this purpose, and I found that to be more appealing than an exam room and a half hour appointment, which is what my own vet was offering. I am so thankful I made that decision. All the staff at Terwillegar's made this difficult thing as easy as possible, you could tell that they understood what I was going through and genuinely wanted to help. The room they have is soothing and tranquil, they allow you to stay as long as you like both before and after, they make prints of your pet's paws to take home, and later I received a condolence card in the mail from them. On top of all this, it was affordable, which I think in itself is an act of caring. I can't believe my cat and I were treated so exceptionally when we weren't even regular patients of theirs. When I am ready to have another pet, I will definitely use Terwillegar as my main vet. Thank you so much to all the staff there.
