The doctors and staff here are incredible and love my pets almost as much as I do. They go out of their way to go above and beyond what is required of them and are always willing to answer questions and share information. They also see snakes and birds and lizards!!

I have had nothing but professional and very courteous service from this clinic. The staff are kind and knowledgeable people who give a lot of their time to helping upset customers who bring in their injured or sick animals. I have heard lots of stories at the great length the vet and techs do to save their patients. I will bring my pets here anytime for quality care. Negative people who say bad things about this clinic are completely unfounded and blown out of proportion.

Worst vet ever! Could have cost me my cat's life! I took my cat here for his first set of shots after adopting him from the Edmonton Humane Society. The lady vet made me wait past my appointment and it was now 10 minutes to closing...this was not the frustrating part...I'm used to waiting. At that point she gave him his shot and said "If he is going to have an allergic reaction to this, it will be in the next 15 minutes." She then looked at her clock and said, "So you will have to take him to the emergency vet downtown if that happens." The emergency vet is 25 minutes away and he would surely die in that time! Because she was late and wanted to go home she could not afford me the 5 MINUTES it would have taken to save my cat's life when she would have been closing up anyway. Get out of the profession, you clearly are not in it for the animals. I will never return here!

We have a new puppy and have been 4 x in 2 months! They seem to really love my dog - I am sure they love everyone's dog, but I think its nice they treat you like your animal is as special as you think they are! I also find it caring they always call a day or two after an appointment to see how my dog is doing.

I am sad to say that my experience at this clinic was less than perfect. My chocolate lab of 8 months had jumped off our deck and hurt her leg. We made an appointment and arrived with our distressed puppy on time. As we waited in the waiting room, with our whining, stressed out dog, we were treated to a long, drawn out conversation between a customer, the vet and the assistant about the drawbacks of botox injections. (???) Needless to say, this was completely unrelated to any veterinary service. Finally, the vet and the assistant deigned to notice us. From the beginning, we were under the impression that we were not valued customers and that impression was upheld for the duration of our visit. I do not recommend this vet for anyone, unless you want to pay money to feel patronized and ignored. Not to mention, feeling more upset when you leave, than when you arrive. Perhpas the vets at this clinic will read this review and make an effort to work on their bedside manner. Despite the convenient location, I will not be a repeat customer.
