DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. He is purely trying to make as much money as possible. Inaccurate diagnoses, conducts surgery with mistakes, and they plant "fees" after "fees" on every minuscule process. His mind is on making money, not on healing the animal as a passionate and genuine vet would. I can't imagine how many animals have lost their lives due to his selfish, dishonest, and insincere work.

I took my 8-month-old small dog in to get his anal glands expressed. I knew they were swollen and I knew it was a simple fix. I was charged $40 for the exam, $40 for the procedure, and was also given a de-worming regimen I didn't ask for as well as probiotics instead of antibiotics for the infection. The vet tried to convince me that my dog's high-quality kibble was causing the problem, and that I should switch him to a lower-quality veterinarian diet promoted by the clinic. Very disappointed with the $150 I paid for this hour-long torture, when I could have spent less than 1/3 of that if I had travelled to Oyen to see the vets there. Glad my dog is feeling better, just disappointed at the ridiculousness that had to occur for his sake.

I've only been to this clinic 3-4 times but I've seen both vets and I like them both! Dr. Poddar is very experienced and knowledgable. Dr. Sebastien is so good with the animals and is extra friendly and very good at explaining things so that I could understand. Every time my cat, Timothy had ever been sick (diarrhea, bite wound, etc) the problem has always been resolved quickly and at a reasonable price! the receptionist are very nice and will really go the extra mile for you. Overall I really like this clinic and would recommend them to anyone.

We had to take our dog in for an emergency exam on Thanksgiving and paid $350 to find out that his knee was gone and the vet could do nothing about it; we took him to Lethbridge for surgery. Within the week we spent $5000 on him. Then he had blood in his urine so the Lethbridge vet said to take him to an in-town vet. I phoned City Vet Hospital (on a Monday at 10 am) and they wanted to charge me an "Emergency" fee because they were "booked" (emergency fee $50, exam fee $50, urine analysis $50 plus the cost of any medicine). I phoned another vet in town and they were willing to see us for $45; they don't charge "Emergency" fees during REGULAR office hours. This is a CRAZY policy, and most people would have put their dog down if it cost them as much as we paid...Needless to say I will not use this vet again as they are more concerned about money than my dog.

He is only out for the money. I took my 7 yr old guinea pig to him and explained what i thought was wrong, he laughed at me and said he needed to do all of these expensive tests to see what the problem was. He did a $50 urine test...$50 for a guinea pig?! The initial exam was $50 and they clipped her nails without my consent and charged me $30!!! THEN they wanted to do xrays which were $350 !!!!! I ended up going to a different vet and she listened to me, did an exam and we had her better within a week and it only cost me $40 for everything!!! He doesnt even seem to give a crap about the animals, just the money and everyone i have talked to that has used this vet agrees.
