I can't say enough good things about the Parkland Vet hospital. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am able to get my dog in almost immediately. I've used their vet services, kennel services and grooming services. Bonita, the new groomer, does and excellent job and is very conscientious about her work. I have called numerous times for advice and the staff have always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend Parkland to anyone looking for a vet clinic!

I've been bringing my pets to Parkland Vet Hospital for years - Lana is a wonderful veterinarian and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I got my rescue dog here and they took great care of him and now takes care of my 2 cats. The hospital is exceptionally clean, and the staff are very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet !

Parkland Vet is a great place to take your pet, wonderful friendly staff and excellent pet care. I recommend it to anyone. They go above and beyond.

While the previous reviewer is correct, some of the staff are rude, I also know a few people who work there that are really great as well. And they are aware of the issue and have been doing everything they can to weed out the "problem" staff and provide better customer service. (and may have already done so by now) I plan on volunteering my time there starting this summer. As far as my experiences there go, I've never had a problem. I've been taking my pets there for years. From my first cast, who they neutered free of charge. To my roommate's cat, which Dr. D. (she's amazing) handled with the greatest care when she was sick and ended up passing away. To the two cats I own now, which I adopted from the clinic after they were rescued by my aunt (who works there) and Dr. D. that no one wanted to take in because they were feral and needed socialising. But Dr. D saw their potential, and convinced me to "foster" them before she would have been forced to put them down, which obviously led to my adopting them. Some of the extra staff may not care like they should, but if you're looking for a quality VET... Dr. D is the best in the city without a doubt! She won't sugar coat a situation to give you false hope either. And I appreciate that! Because there's nothing worse than having hope only to have it crushed. I hope she stays with the clinic for a long time.
