We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for years. The staff are all super friendly, courteous, and take exceptional care of our dog. Our most recent addition, a German Sherperd Dog actually likes to go! I would recommend these fine people to friends and family.
We took our dog there at the end of Dec 2009. She got her usual annual check up and also the rabies vaccine since it was due and everything seemed fine. Then 2 months later, she seemed a bit under the weather. We brought her in and the vet was confident she had stage 4 lymphoma after quite a few expensive tests (bloodwork, xrays, etc). But yet, he still wanted us to go through with more expensive tests, which wouldn't have made any difference to her outcome. He even suggested that we try chemotherapy (at another clinic) to give her maybe 2-3 months more to live, as opposed to the one month estimated duration for non-chemo option. He just seemed way more interested in finding ways to get us to spend more money. By the way, he seemed like he was the new owner and trying to cover the costs of the recent renos. The vets that used to work there were much more compassionate (I had brought my dogs there for about 10 years). My dog did ending up passing away, and I had her put down elsewhere because I didn't want her going back to the money-hungry vet. I was told that BNW would be informed of her passing. But this year, I still got a reminder notice to bring her in for her annual exam. It just shows how insensitive they can be.
