Boundary Bay saved my dog's life!! I am forever grateful to them for the excellent diagnostic services and the outstanding care they provided to my precious Sasha!! The have the best equipment and diagnostic services available anywhere! The staff were professional and compassionate and the Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Nielsen, was a 10+ in my books. My dog was dying when I brought him to her. He had been in another 24 hr emergency hospital in another city receiving what I thought was the best care possible. But, they were in fact killing him by over medicating him. And they kept saying he is old, you need to put him down!! He is really really old!! I wanted to provide my precious devoted Certified Guide Animal who has spent his entire life serving humans (who are sick to recover), the best of care and the best chance at recovery. Boundary Bay provided that to us and saved Sasha!! Wow!! There are not enough words of praise and thanks in the English language to totally convey how very happy and grateful I am to them. They went above and beyond. I should be so lucky to receive the outstanding care that my Sasha did. He is on his way back to optimum health and he is 15 years old and he does not know how old he is and he does not know that all of the tests said he should not be here. He still wants to play and love and eat and go for walks and help other people. He wants to be here and I want him here and thanks to boundary Bay, he will be here for quite a while longer!! I am blessed and so is Sasha!! I will be forever grateful to the nurse at the hospital that told me about the Services provided by Boundary Bay Specialty Vet Hospital. The best care and service ever!! And their prices were no more than the previous hospital who was not providing anywhere near the level of care or service to my Sasha. All they wanted to do was put him to sleep and they almost did. Dr. Nielsen even called me 3 times on her day off to ensure that Sasha was ok and receiving good follow-up care and then she had her oncology/internal medicine nurse call the day after that. I mean really, does any human get that kind of care now? I know I don't!! THANK YOU DR. NIELSEN, THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF AT BOUNDARY BAY!! MAY YOU ALL BE VERY BLESSED!!

It was amazing and wonderful experience. It is a kind of place where I can leave my dog with no worries as the staff is so well qualified and takes well care of your pet. I have not yet seen such a wonderful and clean service for pets in my entire life. And my pet is really doing good now. Thanks Everyone at Fraser Valley Animal Emergency Clinic.

I visited Dr. Peter Gordon because my family and doggie daycare owner were worried about my clumsiness and wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong. Dr. Gordon determined that while I did have ataxia (lack of muscle control the cause of which is unknown) he did not feel it necessary to pursue further action at this this time because my quality of life was not being effected. What you need to know is that I am an 90lb male Rottweiler so most people do not want to come near me but Dr. Gordon treated me like a dachshund. Dr. Gordon is very, very smart but talked with my owner about my condition as if they were discussing paint colors. If my experience with Dr. Gordon is an example of the care provided we would not hesitate to recommend the hospital.

We had to make an unexpected visit to the emergency clinic on a Sunday eventing. My 5 month old Boston Terrier swallowed a Nerf bullet (whole in one gulp!). The person on the phone was very calm and lovely, and suggested because of the size of the puppy and the size of the Nerf bullet he should be seen. We went to the clinic, and were greeted and signed in promptly. We were seen by the tech within 15 minutes for the initial exam. The vet then came in to explain the options, and how we would proceed if option one (induce vomiting) did not work. Thankfully it did, and we had a very good outcome! I was impressed with the efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism that I encountered at this clinic. If I should ever need emergency care again, I would not hesitate to go here. It is an hour away from my house, but I am confident I will get the very best care for my pup. Thank you to all who helped me and Koa that evening.

Excellent Service - Excellent Staff.... So glad I brought my 11 yr old chihuahua here to have her gallbladder out and a urgent spay by Dr. Geoffrey Hutchinson (Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital) which is part of the Animal Emergency. Most vets aren't board certified, he is and with specialized surgical training as well. My dog wouldn't have done as well going anywhere else. You only get what you pay for. I can also say the same when I had to bring my dog here for a second emergency visit 6 months later!! I will always use this clinic for all my dogs :@)
