Thunderbird Animal Hospital is AMAZING! Warm and friendly people to greet you and provide you with helpful and clear information/explinations for your inquiries. Doctor Singh and Doctor Sharma are also extremely detailed and thorough with their consultations and is able to provide clear and concise feedback. Not only that, the Doctors were also very honest and forthright about what is expected in terms of treatment, reactions of our pets, and prices for everything needed. Although it is a bit of a drive for me to come out to Langley from Richmond, it is definitely worth it. Prices are extremely reasonable when compared to other vets and animal hospitals in the lower mainland, which is a great plus!

Thunderbird staff where kind and caring and both times I have had issue with my dog they saw me on a moments notice. Services, Medicine etc have been 50% less than what I had previously paid for teeth cleaning etc at other clinics. At other clinic's when I get the bill I feel like I'm the one getting the stool sample, but not at Thunderbird. Yes it's does not feel high end, but they take care of your pet and your wallet.

Very good service at affordable prices. Staff is very knowledgable and caring.Both doctors have always gone out of their way to ensure my animals have the very best care, while also ensuring that my bank account doesn't completely empty. They are extremely accommodating as far as appointments go, and I have never had to wait too long to see the doctor. You are the best, keep it up !!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Doctors are not personal and they have added charges I was unaware of multiple times. I never should have gone back after the first time. Again if you love your pet don't subject them to their bad care.
