I'm going to this clinic for over 4 years now and every time I come here, I'm totally satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the vet. They are completely organized in their schedules, bookings, timings etc. The vet is easy going and always comes with the great treatment and advise for my 2 pets. 100% satisfied customer.

I recently came to this clinic because my dog was ill as it he is not coping well during this change of temperature in winter. First impression to this clinic, very clean and organized. Vet at this clinic was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My dog's health is improving every day after the medication and the treatment. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

My experience today has made me think twice about ever taking my pets to this animal clinic. I showed up at 9am this morning to drop off my two small dogs so they could have their regular dental work done. While signing the paper the receptionist Debora muttered "Idiots" under her breath, but enough so I could hear it from 4 feet away while signing the quote in front of her. I initially found this unprofessional and questioned if her remarks were directed towards myself. She didn't really explain much about who it was directed towards, but did say it wasn't towards me. She then proceeded to take the dogs weight, and then show me to the kennels. I asked if they would be going in right away. She said that it wouldn't be for 3 more hours and that they'd be in the kennels until then. I asked if it would be ok if I simply brought them back at 12, if that's when any sort of work was going to be done, as I only lived 5 minutes away. She let out a small huff and agreed to call me. Just before leaving I asked if I should take a copy of the quote on service I signed now, or when I drop them off at 12. She informed me that they don't give out copies of quotes when someone drops off their pets. I said that I've never heard of a place not giving out a written quote on someone that they've agreed to. She then informed me that the doctor does whatever he wants... he's East Indian, what can she say. I was personally offended by these comments as I truly like the Dr regardless of race, but found her derogatory racist remarks towards him disgusting. I immediately informed her that what she said was racist and that her remarks were uncalled for, unprofessional, and way out of line. Race should of never been brought into why she feels the Dr does what he does. As I left she actually followed me to my car in the parking lot begging me not to say anything, and that she was sorry. She said that her day would be ruined if I said anything to him, and again begged for me to not mention that part of the conversation. I'm saddened to say that their one employee cost Dr Garg to not only lose the $600-$800 in income from the dental work I was gladly willing to have done prior to losing trust in the facility when dealing with Debora. I went back later in the afternoon to meet with Dr Garg personally, and let him know of what transpired. He was thankful for me bringing it to his attention, and even hugged me while thanking me. He truly seemed saddened by what had happened. Luckily they have video surveillance that will allow him to hear what his front end reception thinks of him, and his race. Truly a sad day when someone can ruin business for another persons lively hood by having racial thoughts of any kind. I personally like Dr Garg and wish that Debora didn't ruin a place I felt comfortable taking my pets. I will not return to this animal clinic knowing a person like her works there. I can only imagine how much Dr Garg loses in income due to the way she treats customers, and the way she talks behind his back. Note: I'm Caucasian, but strongly believe that all races are one.

This gives me immense pleasure in sharing my enriching and a very positive experience which I had in the last several weeks here in Walnut Grove Animal Hospital. I had an aging dog who was suffering a drastic decline in functioning. This decline was causing issues in his sleeping habits. He was always restless and lazy. I was under the impression that he is getting old and nothing can be done. I reported the symptoms to the vet of this clinic just to check if something can be done. The vet has performed some therapies and other treatments and to my delight, my dog is responding very well after this treatment and is becoming active day by day. Very Impressed. Thanks

Our 5 year old frenchie has been suffering from seizures and Sunday she was not eating, drinking and was hiding in the corner. We took her in that morning - the staff was knowledgeable. They waived the emergency fee. Dr. Garg examined her and went through all the possible causes with us, ruling out the improbable ones. Although he recommended an expensive diagnostic test, he was respectful when we asked him to treat the treatable option and not run the diagnostic. She needed an extra day to increase her fluids and he worked with our current vet to coordinate her transfer for a less expensive stay. It was such a relief to have a doctor who was respectful of our financial limits, but still gave excellent service and care without making us feel guilty. I do not think we could have asked for better care for our dog.
