I knew my dog had a flea allergy and brought him in to get relief. the vet was trying very very hard to get me to agree to do allergy testing costing about $500, even tho I told her its fleas, he's always been allergic to fleas and nothing else. she finally gave up and gave him 2 injections and some pills, after a couple weeks when he wasn't better I went to another vet who told me they didn't know what she had injected him with because the receipt just said "injections", and that the pills were ok but there hadn't been enough so the symptoms returned and I had to pay another vet a couple hundred to do what I had already paid this vet a couple hundred to do. I love how vets can charge whatever they want and not give your money back if it turns out they messed up, this one is especially money hungry and not very knowledgeable so I recommend trying someone else..

took cat in for abcess, he said he gave antibiotic injection and subcutaneous saline to lower temp but no analgesic. then sold me 7-10 days worth of antibiotics that turned out to only last 4 days. Consulted with another vet who explained the injected ab lasts 2 weeks (?) and is given to avoid having to dose the cat every day. I have no faith this vet can care for my pet. oh yeah, i forgot that they lost my file from when we had the cat neutered there too. now the cat has to go back, just not there....

I was taking both my dogs there so separate things. A bunch of issues arose. They always had major issues either getting blood or needle aspirates. When other vets do this quickly and painlessly, they have taken up to 15 times and many needles. Causing major stress and pain on my already sick dogs. Also I went in to get a medication for Chemo that another specialty vet called in, and they were supposed to take his heart rate. Which is why I was told to bring him in, if I was just going there to pick up meds I could have let him sleep at home. They billed me and had me out the door without even taking it at all, and the meds they gave me for him said he needed to be checked first. They forgot why I came in part way through while I was there. There has been other issue but can't remember exact details so I will not be going there again.

My dog was hit by a truck, Haney Animal Hospital located at was the nearest open clinic, they saw my dog immediately, I was given a ballpark estimate, and they went ahead with their job. They explained the results of their findings and had excellent communication of the potential causes of my dog's injuries. My dog had air in her chest cavity, which could be caused by punctured lungs, and it could become serious, potentially requiring surgery. I did not receive an estimate on paper; however, in the interest of prompt treatment I can understand this. I stayed there until closing and decided to take my dog home. I was planning to take her to a 24 hour clinic if complications arose. They would not release the x-rays of my dog even after I had asked several times, and explained my reasoning (The x-rays would provide a baseline so that another vet could immediately establish if the dogs condition was progressing, rather than having to take an x-ray and wait to re-take the x-rays to determine if the condition was advancing). I believe that this is borderline negligence, as the next vet to see her was not able to immediately establish which conditions were progressing, which likely delayed treatment. Overall they were prompt and had great communication, but their reluctance to release x-rays could prove fatal if an animal must be transferred and treated promptly. They were expensive as well, but they were open, this could also have been due to the emergency nature of my visit . I will not be a returning customer.
