First time there I had an x-ray and had no problems at all. Second time I didn't even get past the receptionist. I was trying to call and make an ultrasound appointment but my GP did something confusing on the order. Instead of trying to help me understand what went wrong the receptionist yelled at me! She got nasty and griped about how I was confusing her like I was trying to do it on purpose, and then just refused to deal with me further! RUDE! Called another ultrasound place and they were able to sort out the confusing order, book me, AND be nice to me the whole way. Why couldn't this place?
