If you love your pet, don't go to the Delbrook Mall Animal Hospital, EVER! Because Delbrook is closer than the Emergency Clinic on 4th in Vancouver, I took my sick cat there one evening. The Vet handled my cat very roughly, recommended numerous procedures before even examining the cat or even taking its temperature. He enquired about my budget several times and assured me (several times) that he was cheaper than the Emergency Clinic in Vancouver. Many dogs came into the clinic while I was there. They all peed on the floor as soon as they came into the clinic. Obviously they had bad vibes, as I did, or perhaps they have had bad past experiences at this clinic. All the dogs owners said the clinic can never find their pet's records. There should be a huge sign on the outside of the door: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOUR PET'S RISK AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT'S RISK!

I love this Vet office! They make a special effort every time to really care about your pets. We see Dr. Ali in the evenings, and their hours make having a pet and working full time amicable.

Very happy with Dr. Brar and the Delbrook team who gave our cat a check-up and annual vaccinations. My cat Charlie is terrified of the vet but this is the first place that he has been relatively calm. Will be back again next year. Prices reasonable and service great.
