I want to thank Dr. Harvey and his Technician Erin who help us with an emergency two nights ago. Our dog ripped his torso apart on a chain link fence at Carmi Elementary School. Although it was after hours(8 pm), Erin was there in 20 minutes to start treating my dog's injuries. Dr. Harvey arrived soon later to perform surgery on our poor border collie Jack. Dr. Harvey did a beautiful job with the surgery. We suspect that scarring will be minimal and that all hair will grow over the 16 inch gash. I believe he is the best surgeon in town! The bill was HUGE but its a price I'm willing to pay to have my dog taken care of. If you have an emergency with your pet, Dr. Harvey is the guy to call. Thank you to everyone at the Penticton Veterinary Hospital!

This is the best service I've ever had. Dr. Harvey resolved a nagging problem my dog has had for a long time. I've been nickled and dimed everywhere else in town with no results. This is certainly the "Mayo Clinic " of B.C.

Poor DOG!!! We had a dog of 10 years he was getting old but still in good health loved being around the kids and us. One night we noticed he started bleeding from his stomach we patch it up to stop the blood but didnt work. We toook him into the vet. First they told us they would have to do a whole bunch of testing that would cost 500 plus the money for the surgey. Now we are a family with 3 kids and one income so money isnt easy come by. So she because the bleeding wouldnt stop intill we have the growth removed. So as any animal lover knows that when you have animal and you will do anything to save them they are like your kids. So we decied to let him have the surgey, she ended up seeing another growth to and took that one out.they kept him over night and the next morning I guess one I have cuts open up again and they said it would cost another 200 to put him under again. After he ended coming home with a 750 dolllar vet bill which was all are savings. He look horriable couldnt gethim to eat or drink I called and ask and they said it was normal I could take him back but would cost more. He only lasted a week and I woke up one morning and found him dead. I blame the vet they didnt save my dog they killed him and I would never ever trust them with your animal they are money hungery animal killer,,, and i can never forgive them for what they did. AlsoI kno someone else that sent there cat and there to get fixed a normal thing that vets do all the time. Well the insision open up and started bleeding cost them like 400 for something vets do ever day. dont trust your pets heree

Our 15 year old dog had a stroke so we rushed him into the office. The stroke had caused brain damage so he had to be put to sleep. That was a terrible experience made worse by the vet asking us if we wanted to settle our bill right away! To make matters worse we had informed the office that we would like our beloved pet cremated so a couple of days later we called to see if he was back and were told that we had to pay up-front before they even would send him for cremation. It's all about the money with these folks. Not sure why they became vets and vet assistants. It wasn't for the love of animals. They should be ashamed!
