I can't review this place highly enough! I just came back from my first visit; I called this morning because my dog clearly had burst his anal sac and was licking it non stop. I usually avoid the vet if at all possible because my dog is extremely fearful of strangers as well as other dogs, but Dr. Jodie Wilson was just incredible! I was so amazed at how understanding and knowledgeable she was about interacting with fearful dogs. She suggested that we muzzle him but did not insist; I respected that very much. I agreed that though he has never bitten, I would feel more comfortable with him wearing it. Dr. Jodie Wilson explained what she wanted to do as a treatment plan, why each of the elements were useful, and how much it would cost. I felt so respected! She also said that any time I want to come in and get a couple of treats so that he can begin to change his mind, I should feel free to do so! (And she was understanding when I said that he wasn't there yet. Wow!) The set up of the waiting room allows plenty of room with no chair legs for your dog's leash to become tangled around. The scale is set up so that the dog can get on it without interacting with staff (super bonus for fearful dogs!). Every single person on staff was friendly and understanding. I felt they went out of their ways to make this the least bad experience possible. And in reply to some of the other reviews, obviously the vets endorse scientifically proven treatments. That is the job of medical professionals in human and animal care. I would not approve if a vet counseled me to opt for a product or procedure that they personally believe in but is not backed up with overwhelming scientific proof. My dog is a pet, not an experiment. tl;dr: Awesome set-up, awesome people, minimal stress, Jodie Wilson is great with scared and fear-aggressive dogs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sarah Dumont is my favourite vet. She is genuinely caring and sweet. The front staff are also always so pleasant and polite and great with following up on my dog's health after any appointment. I've begun referring friends here and even brought one along today at my dog's appointment (he has an ear infection) to show him that he should go here instead of always getting overcharged at other offices. I should have written this review a long time ago but it's never too late! Thanks.

We have been taking our cat there for 2+ yrs. Excellent service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend.

I had very bad experience with this clinic. I feel that they made money on my grief with my pet. I would never go back!
