This place has the BEST service I've ever seen or experienced in the past, they recommend only what is needed, they know our dogs (and us) by a first name basis and they always follow up to see how they are doing after a Vet visit. The staff is experienced and kind with the animals there. We had to go in for an emergency case once and Dr. Rameez was kind and patiently reviewed all of our options and worked with us to make the best decisions for my pet. the rates were extremely reasonable, and the case was handled very professionally. The reason why I love this clinic is because they truly care, they are truly animal lovers and it shows! I would recommend Terra Nova to anyone who has a pet that they love. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing Vets; Very professional and kind; Staff is very friendly and educated. Moreover, They see emergencies 24/7. I think this is best and affordable place to go if you are in emergency. i got to know this when my cat got hit by car and i had to take her to a vet i called another vet they were charging me $$200 just to walk in; so i decided to call Terra Nova vet as one of my friend had recommended me before. i called them around 3am and Dr. Rameez said i could come there. I went there and i was so pleased by the vet that he took my right in and SAVED my JASPER. Due to them and their long opening hours; my pet is alive and happy. I'm glad to say that they are my new regular vets now :) STRONGLY RECOMMENDED Especially if there is an EMERGENCY !! :)
