We took our yorkie here a few weeks ago, and he had a weird scab that developed after we picked him up. We then took him to a wonderful dog groomer out in the Fraser Valley and she identified his injury that whomever did his grooming actually BURNED our dog!!! WTF?! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!

With our poor little dog having to have many surgeries, we found this vet to be very compassionate to our situation. The ladies at the front are always friendly and helpful.

First experience was when we had our cat neutered and, at the time, thought every thing was handled properly. Later we learned that they weren't supposed to send the cat home as heavily drugged as he was. Then our cat was sent to the spca by a crazy 'catnapper' in the area that was taking outdoor cats away and/or keeping them. the spca used the tattoo in his ear to try and contact the clinic to get a hold of us, but we were never notified and ended up finding him on the day before he was to be put to sleep. Lastly when we tried to contact them recently for his history they had no record of us or our cat!! three strikes, your out.

One of the front desk ladies has horrid people skills and I felt like I was being attacked when she was telling me about my pet. It felt like she was accusing me of some sort of neglect and it really made me angry and I felt like I could cry... by the way she was talking to me. It was like she was talking down to me and we are switching veterinarians just because of HER. And the fact that they push their own brands quite a bit to make more money and are very money-grubbing. I don't particularly like the vet... he was not very personable and also very preachy.

i highly recommend this vet , they are cheap and very nice the doctor explained to me everything that was going to happen with my little peanut (dog) in surgery , when he had to get his cherry eye removed . the staff were wicked and very understanding .
