The vets here seem to go above and beyond and the rates are good. I would have given 5 stars but the girl at the counter was rude and difficult. She seems to equate queries with a need for defensiveness...hard to get a straight answer through the insults and arrogance. She could use some sensitivity and communications training. Otherwise I would recommend...

A great vet for people who can't afford extravagant bills, which is half of Surrey. They are dedicated people who aren't trying to suck money out of your wallet. Also, they have a beautiful black cat.

I'm not disappointed in this hospital. They truly care for animals. I will keep coming for my pet's needs here. He doesn't show distressed signs every time we need to come here & that tells me everything I need to know.

The staff knows their business and they are friendly and gentle with animals. They even loaned me a cat carrier!

We needed a Vet for our puppy. You always hear horror stories about vets so i did some googling to see what i could find. We took our puppy to High Point because of all the good reviews and were not disappointed. The staff was very nice and the rates were reasonable. I am done shopping around for vets, we will be using High Point from now on.
