While I don't doubt the quality of the vet care here, I wanted to point out that Newton Animal Hospital helps a "society" called Friends Of The Animals. This "society" is known for stealing animals. They tell pet owners they are taking the animal in for free vet care and then refuse to return the animal and tell the owner that they're not rich enough to have a pet. Newton Animal Hospital was made aware of this but still continue to help Friends of the Animals. Therefore, they are part of this theft of animals from their loving homes.

Awesome and trustworthy

This is one of the top Veterinary clinics you can find in the lower mainland. I have 2 dogs and have visited probably 20 different vet clinics in the greater Vancouver area. I have used Newton for regular check-ups, emergency care, government paperwork and for one serious conditions requiring acute care. Front Desk, Techs and vets are all top notch from my comparison I gladly travel several hours out of my way for my pets to receive care here because I know its the best. Oddly enough their prices are very reasonable. I've experienced other places that charge up to 5 times the amount for the same procedures. Vets in BC are not regulated to charge the same for each procedure, but these people are very reasonable in price. Given that their facilities are modern, their staff are happy they are not in the business for making money. Our recommendation to this place was from the Pug Kennel Club of BC. I've seen top breeders in the waiting room along side regular pet owners. Its clear that people who really care and love their pets bring them here. Don't take my word for it. Talk to them on the phone or just sit in their waiting room for a few minutes. You'll see why they deserve full ratings here.
