They killed my cat. My cat was simply suffering from a urinary tract infection and they put her on all sorts of treatments. Charged me for expensive uneccessary procedures such as xrays and ultrasound then put her on a low protein diet which had nothing to do with her infection. Then they claimed she was suffering in pain and needed opiate shots everyday and urine analysis and cultures every week!! At the end of the month my cat dropped from 9 pounds to 4.5 pounds was extremely skinny and weak and her infection became so severe she couldnt move or sit or eat. After all these tests and diets shouldnt she have been put on antibiotics?! My cat suffered horribly and ended up passing away by the end of the month. She was healthy 10 year old cat never had any problems and this hospital couldnt treat a urinary tract infection? Im sueing this place for animal cruelty and fraud! My poor cat died under horrible torture! Do not bring your animal here they will use every opportunity to make money and lie to you. My cat died here and I am bringing them to court!

My dog recently passed away suddenly to cancer. I had a necropsy done on her to find out why. The vet informed of a few reasons why she passed.But one that stood out the most she said she asked me where I got my dog Layla spayed from I told her Atlas Animal Hospital in North Vancouver she informed me that when they did spay her Canadian Vets do not do it this way they use dissolving stitches this place uses CLAMPS and they had NEVER been removed so in the 8 years of my dogs life she had metal in her system :( I also later found out that Atlas has several other names that they use they are also located in Surrey under a different name and in Vancouver. They are all owned by Indo Canadians and they do not care about your animal to say the least. I had notified th BCSPCA regarding my dog and they informed me they are trying to shut these businesses down as they practice UNSAFE measures on peoples beloved animals!!!!!

Treatment was Fast Friendly and Expert. Just because this practice is one third cheaper than others do not think they care less. Great job, my dog is much better Thanks Atlas. Dont get ripped off by downtown vets, try Atlas. Bob McAdam and Dempsey.

Great Experience! My pug had his pelvic surgery here and everything went well! Surgery went perfect and my pug is doing good! Staff was very helpful and the Doctors had alot of knowledge and educated us on the procedure. Prices are great! Highly recommend this place and its 24 hours !!!

I have to say that the vet that I worked with my furry family member was pretty good. He understood that I was on a budget and worked with me and was very understanding with that when it came to asking before just going ahead with meds or blood work etc. I say that they treated Debo (pup) with care and the price we paid was fair and overall if they didnt help my pup would have died from dehydration from his sickness. Overall I am satisfied with the help presented here and I have nothing bad to say. My Debo is back to his happy healthy self and all because of the hard work of the team over at Atlas. :)
