We have been taking our little guy to Cats Only for four years now and have only had positive experiences every single time. The doctors and staff care so much and it shows! We once had a terrifying experience where our (indoor) cat got loose from his cage right outside of the clinic! He took off, crossed four busy lanes on West 4th and hid in the park. One of the staff members came out into the rain, helped us track him down, and was able to grab him for us. I will forever be grateful to her for helping us get him back. She is just one example of the wonderful people that look after our fur baby.

Having been lucky to have companion animals in my life since I was a child I have seen plenty of Vets, and not all Vets are created equal. Sure there are cheaper vets, but would you send you child to a cut rate doctor? I have floated around vets in Vancouver for Chub Chub the wonder kitteh, some were okay others plain bad. What I was looking for Cats Only provided in spades. A great staff who treats you and your kitteh are important...Check! A modern office with nice exam rooms to lower my cat's stress ( The nicest and most living room like exam rooms I have ever seen) Check! Vets who do not rush through the exam...Check! Vets and staff who understand and care, really care...Check. Like I said they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, no being rushed, no being forced with guilt extras like Rx food when you already buy high quality food somewhere else. ( I went to one vet in Vancouver who said I am killing my cat if I do not feed her the food they were selling. Seriously no cool. But at Cats Only at first I was afraid to mention Chub Chub's food of choice and they agreed it was a very good food for her. They also call to check up after the visit and if they cannot reach you keep calling, I know because I was out of town and my phone was turned off soon after a few attempts they emailed me to make sure everything was okay. I have also never seen Chuib Chub so relaxed at any vet, she is a timid cat and scares easily. Her reaction to Cats Only was amazing and her time once home to return to normal was almost no time at all. They also have the coolest cat hotel ever. So I can recommend these guys with out any reservation.

Cats only is wonderful!! I've been taking my cat, Sam, who has feline aids to Cats Only for just over a year now and I'm extremely happy with their service. I really appreciate how gentle and caring they are towards the cats and the fact that they try to create a calm, stress free environment for them. Sam recently had a bunch of teeth pulled. He recovered quickly and I had three free follow up check-ups. I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Janet MacLean was in making sure Sam didn't get any sort of infection, especially because he has feline aids.

Delightful staff. Very professional yet gentle with my cat. Can't recommend this veterinary clinic any more!

I am still relatively new to the clinic, however it is a huge improvement over any of the other clinics I have visited in the area. Staff is honest and friendly, there is no fear of any dogs making the trip that more uncomfortable, and I have never had to wait for an appointment! Our human doctors could learn a little something from Cats Only vets!
